Minalungao National Park, Nueva Ecija: Photo of the Day

Life is about balance. On one side, there’s the need to save for the rainy days, then there’s the side, supported by studies, that experience, like the rich experience people gets out of traveling, is a better long-term source of happiness. So, the mantra of Reese PeanutButterCup (check her Instagram acount, @travelista84, for more photos) — Trabaho. Ipon. Travel. Enjoy. — makes perfect sense. In the same way, on one side, there’s the natural allure of the sights and sounds of the city, yet there’s the equally pull of the natural wonders of the countryside, like the one people see at the Minalungao National Park in General Tinio, Nueva Ecija. The interplay of crisp colors, framed by solid rocks that have been chiselled through the ages by freshwater, and infused by fresh air, leaves a lasting mark of wonder and beauty. So go ahead, explore and visit the Philippines. Click the photo to enlarge.
