The fact that they did not know that a King Snake is non-venomous is alarming to me, although the park officials should have made that clear beforehand. A non-venomous snake bit should not be treated with tetanus and antibiotics, it should be treated by a good cleansing and a bandage, keep the wound clean and redress it and the bite will heal quickly. When I was a kid I must have gotten bitten a dozen times by various snakes and I never went to the hospital because they were all non-poisonous. The only reason one bites is for self-defense or if it is agitated for some reason. If the zoo is liable for anything it was probably the handler allowing kids to play too roughly with the snake throughout the day. I have three dogs in our house. one japanese spitz, a pomeranian, and two labradors. They are really pleasant when I got home. Since I knew that there was a place like Tiendesitas near the Fun Ranch in Ortigas Avenue Corner C5, Pasig City, I could not wait any longer to seek it out for myself. It was said that it was a pet village composed of stop-by restaurants and many other places in which, for the first time, I can bring with me my dogs. It was really great that someone had invented a place like this. You know, on the other hand it is still very beneficial for the owners and their pets like me. The place could give them a room wherein they could have more bonding time with each other. They can sleep together, eat together, walk together, or even shop together in different doggy stores there that offer a lot of doggy purchases like their treats and thing for grooming and fashion. Now, Tiendesitas has been my favorite place. I go there with my pets when I have ample time after office, or even during weekends to have our bonding so close and tight.
